- Edinburgh Castle
- The Royal Botanic Gardens
- The Royal Observatory
- Deep Sea World
- Museum of Scotland
- The Royal Mile
- Greyfriars Bobby
Perhaps the most popular of Edinburgh's attractions is the Edinburgh International Festival. At the same time there is the Tattoo, a Book Festival, a Jazz Festival and a Film Festival as well as the Fringe Festival - with over 2000 different events during August and the first week in September.
The festival is one of the world's largest art festivals, featuring a range of musical, theatrical, comedy and dance performances at various venues all over the city - visitors can even be invited to participate in some of the performances!
Ghost walking tours also run throughout the year and provide an interesting, humorous and scary insight into Edinburgh's rich history.
Bob and Jill have a huge library of books and maps to help guests plan their visit to Edinburgh and are happy to recommend places to visit and leisure activities.
The house's drawing room has a colour television and a piano - tea is served by the cosy log fire in the drawing room in winter months.
In summer months, guests can enjoy afternoon tea in the garden!
